School of Art Lecturer Dr Christopher Webster van Tonder will give a talk on German 20th century photographers Erich and Hans Retzlaff and Hans Saebens entitled ‘Against the ‘Last Man’: Folk, Face and Photography in the Third Reich’ .
The School of Art has a great collection of photos by these photographers which Chris Webster is currently researching.
